Thank you for your interest in Ranger-47 Middle School Wrestling Club. Our middle school club is limited to 25 wrestlers both boys and girls. We will fill up fast, don't hesitate join today!

What you'll get:

Ranger-47 Middle School Wrestling Club is a year round program and requires a year round commitment to stay a member of the gym. Our year starts September 1st, 2025 and ends August 31st, 2026.

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Ranger-47 Wrestling Club ("Ranger-47") and the individual whose name and information is listed on the membership application ("Member") for participation in the Ranger-47 Middle School Wrestling Club program (the "Program").

  1. Payment and Billing: By submitting their membership application, Member agrees to pay the monthly fee for the Program as listed on the application. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card provided by Member on a monthly basis from the date of their enrollment until August 31, 2026. Thereafter, each Member will be given the option to renew their membership for the upcoming year, at which time the monthly fee may be adjusted. If Member chooses not to renew their membership, their membership will expire on August 31, 2026.

  2. Membership Term: The membership term for the Ranger-47 Middle School Wrestling Club program is from September 1st, 2025 to August 31, 2026. Member's membership will begin on the date of enrollment and end on August 31, 2026 unless Member chooses to renew their membership for the following year.

  3. Refunds and Cancellations: All membership fees are non-refundable. If Member cancels their membership before the end of the term, they will not receive a refund for any fees already paid. If Member wishes to rejoin the Program after cancelling their membership, they will be responsible for paying any gap in fees for the period between when their previous membership ended and when they rejoin the Program in a calendar year.

  4. Conduct and Participation: Member agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times while participating in the Program. Ranger-47 reserves the right to terminate Member's membership if they engage in any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the Program.

  5. Medical Information: Member agrees to inform Ranger-47 of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation in the Program.

  6. Release and Waiver: Member agrees to release and waive all claims against Ranger-47, its employees, coaches, and agents from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising out of or related to participation in the Program.

  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Program is located.

  8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

By submitting their membership application, Member acknowledges that they have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
